Oak Tree Farm Plats 5-6 Residents,
We think the last meeting went very well and there is some new momentum to get things done.
We really appreciate everyone’s participation and time regarding the meeting.
Here are some quick notes/ action items:
- Set up a date to vote on new annual assessment
- Set up projects and a small description
- Have signup sheet for subcommittees to gather information, determine design/ solutions, costs and make recommendations
- Get MSD letters going on drainage projects. Will call them regarding the following:
- 485 Hillbrook (the biggest issue)
- 430 Brasslamp
- 422 Brasslamp
- Get MSD Maintenance Director and Chief Planning names. Charlie S. looking for statutes regarding MSD responsibility of water past the point of outlet
- Look into other insurance quotes. We have 13.10 acres of common ground to maintain per St. Louis County Dept. of Revenue.
- Address the open pit on Brass Lamp, possible Missouri Water project. Open since February (currently addresses at this posting)
- Determine special assessment. Our thoughts are to wait until we determine the price of MSD projects.
- Community projects or Volunteer day.
Going to determine one or two small projects and execute a community project day.
Here are our top three projects off.
- Brasslamp and Sweetwood common ground, mostly Grapevine clean up
- 469 Brightspur, small project to clean up the sidewalk area over the creek.
- 420 Brasslamp, small project to remove overgrowth for mowers to access and cut.
Also, want to change up the website to basically use this as our way to communicate and document what we are doing for the neighborhood.
Let’s keep the momentum of the meeting, so let us know your thoughts.
